I don’t remember it. Boo says a call came in early. Alex had died. I remember going to the funeral, going to the sea.
I kinda like my picture that is the album cover –
alex had courage, and exuberance. and love – lots of love to give, lots of love given.
A year later and my thoughts are of mel and boo, of cam and the girls. Of trips to the ocean, the dickens playing, and loss.
boo suggested making the world more beautiful, in homage to alex and his efforts. so we did.
